Aya

Aya is one of my young Standard Poodle prospects—and sister to other up-and-comers, Sedona and Bosco. Though still maturing, she shows every sign of having the talent required to make it into the SwissRidge breeding program. Of course, it’s not just a beauty pageant, so she will have to pass the health and temperament tests. But she is a lovely girl and that sure doesn’t hurt.

So far, she’s also proving to be fun, playful, social and very goofy. She loves giving me big hugs, and then swatting me with her paw to say, “Hey, look at me.” She’s being raised with little poodles and big Bernese Mountain Dogs and loves them all. She also makes an effort to greet guests and work her charm on the staff. Aya and Sedona are very much alike. They both sparkle. I hope they live up to their promise, and I will post clearances when they are completed.
